Individual Design - Client Perspective

Individual Design is a model of delivering training programs to those that take their fitness seriously. As we have shared previously, the client, the coach, and the business owner all win in this model because there are systems in place that allow for growth in all of the parts of the equation. Today we are going to highlight one of the benefits that our clients receive in their training program. Our model can best be described by satisfying the following characteristics: -Individual design programs geared ONLY for you and your needs -One to one consultations with your coach every month to ensure your progress

-A quality assessment in the beginning and then ongoing to ensure that you are always working out given where you currently are -Daily and weekly coach tracking, comments, and video feedback about your specific workouts

-Nutrition consultation based on where YOU are -Coaching from your own coach as well as another coach working with you on the floor of your gym (watch the video below)

In comparison, the group model does not provide these benefits and can allow you to get lost in the numbers of a larger class. The assessment will not allow you to hide from your current state. It provides a lot of useful information to your coach.
