The initial contact you have with a business can make or break the relationship. Simply go to the company's website and look at their mission statement and core values. When the printed version matches what you experience as a customer, oftentimes you will continue utilizing the product or service.
We recently created a customer survey to gain some insight from our clients. This is an awesome tool to gather information to see how we are doing as coaches and as a business. We are still gathering the results, but we are using the data from a previous survey to create a comparison analysis.
These golden nuggets from our survey in 2015 are from our group model before we switched to 100% individual design.

I'm pretty happy, it would be nice if there were a "beginners" class for those of us that are starting at ground zero.
I see other CrossFits doing different workouts, looking forward to some more variety. However I appreciate the work on the core lifts. More deadlift would be good, and clean and jerk. maybe just aren't hitting the right days.
I would like to see a program option for more advanced or competitor level of CrossFit. Often times I don't feel challenged enough. I would rather have to scale something down than walk away feeling like I didn't get something out of a workout.
There was talk of an OLY class, I would be interested in that as well. I would like to have the opportunity for more challenging and consistent programming.

Tailored personal workouts
While you and everyone else is working to improve themselves with their personal program, you are still having fun talking with others around you.
The coaching and variety of each workout
Individual program design. Goal based training.
Size of gym and ability to change workout as needed.
I like the individual training program that is geared towards me and the interaction with my coach.
The personalizing of the workouts, and the coaches are great
The analysis is clear, the expectations from our clients initially didn't align with their perceptions (group model). We will continue to focus on making the expectation and perception identical and bring the most effective solution to more people in Omaha!
