Vicarious Victories - Single Digit GHIN

In our role as coaches we are PARTNERS with our clients/members. We get to live vicariously through their success outside of the gym. We also get to see images of places they travel and often those locations get added to our bucket list!

Over the last several years we have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients that each have unique goals.

They come to us wanting to feel better, train pain free, or look better naked!

The training done inside the gym should support activities outside of the gym. There is no better example of this in our tribe than Donn. He began training with us several years ago and from the beginning he has been very candid.

HE LOVES GOLF! Donn is a financial officer in a large corporation and has a lot of responsibilities for his job. His wife Kim owns a successful medical business and she trains with us as well. They are parents to twins that are active in sports and school activities.

Balancing all of those things is a job in itself. Finding a proper work life balance is tricky, but luckily we have found a great solution. Our model provides flexibility in scheduling, individualized attention based on your starting point, and ongoing support from a coach that loves to see your success both inside and outside of the gym. Over the next year we will witness a great milestone in the game he loves. Donn is on the verge of breaking into the single digits for his USGA golf handicap. Since starting with an individualized program he has seen the benefits carry over to the golf course. His playing partners have recently asked him about his newly found distance off the tee!

We are not taking all the credit for this because golf is definitely a game of skill.
