Last week Sara and Steve completed their first module of their OPEX Coaching Certification Program.

There are 5 modules within the program that focus on key areas of coaching: -Assessment -Program Design -Nutrition -Lifestyle Coaching -Business Systems At the end of each module there is a written test that is administered by OPEX. The exam requires competence of the information gained during their preparation. After passing the assessment exam, they are then required to apply the skills and tests on clients. This is also submitted to OPEX for final review and approval to ensure quality control and consistency with the OPEX brand of coaching. In order to help facilitate this for our coaches, we are announcing an opportunity for any new clients that wish to start an individualized program with Elkhorn Valley Fitness, home of OPEX Omaha West. We are accepting 10 new clients to start their assessment with our OPEX On Journey CCP coaches. We are waiving the upfront assessment fee ($159 value)! All you have to do is submit a CONSULTATION form between now and October 28th. This is reserved for the first 10 people that wish to get started on a program that will change them for the better! After the assessment has been completed, the 10 individuals will have the opportunity to continue their training with Elkhorn Valley Fitness. They will have an OPEX CCP Level 1 Coach as well as the On-Journey coach of their choice design their program.
