There are no shortcuts to success. The 21, 30, 42 day challenges that you see advertised are gimmicks!
Our clients know upfront we require a one year commitment. This is not a sneaky sales tactic to lock you into a contract, it is to set the expectation that we are committed to your long-term success.
Last week we introduced Tim Baack. He was one of our first clients that moved from CrossFit group classes to Individual Design (ID).
You can find his story on our Facebook page or on our blog on our website.
Tim had significant injuries from playing football and athletics in high school. Those lingered throughout his college career at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
When we began working with Tim we knew his past experience and condition would require a customized plan (see graphic below) to support his function and meet him where he was at currently.
This is where ID has a huge advantage for clients. This model allows the coach to be creative in the design to match the needs of the client and help them reach their definition of success.
Here is an outline of the themes we designed for Tim over the course of the past 18-20 months! This shows the importance of the long-game in fitness.
As he progressed with his program, we met regularly with him and adjusted for his busy schedule as a graduate student, father of 2 young boys, and full-time employee in the medical field.
As coaches we leverage the most effective systems to help us perform our role for our clients. The support we have received from OPEX Fitness and the technology from FitBot allow us to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
Balancing the requirements of being a husband, father, student, and employee has been possible for Tim. He has seen success because he identified his priorities, communicated that to his coach, and they worked together to create a program that works specifically for him.
YOU are unique...YOUR program should be as well!
At Elkhorn Valley Fitness and OPEX Omaha West, your coach will partner with you to deliver your definition of success. Don't wait any longer! Life is too short to settle for less than the best!
