Basic Lifestyle Guidelines

As a baby we all learned to crawl before walking. After the skill of walking was mastered the next phase was to pick up the pace and begin running. Much like a baby's development from crawling to walking to running, there are elements that we believe are important to establish before adding complexity.

Often we speak with prospective clients or even existing clients that want us to help with their macro totals so they can "dial-in" their nutrition and get the results they've been chasing unsuccessfully for years. The marketing budgets of companies promising quick fixes and 30 day challenges is absurd. The pitch delivered is intriguing and sounds too good to be true...HINT, HINT, it is!

One of our goals as coaches is to help educate and inform about what is good information and what can be passed over to save you time, effort, energy, and money!

One of the concepts that we firmly believe to be true and beneficial to EVERY single individual is the daily acknowledgement of Basic Lifestyle Guidelines. Stay tuned to this blog on Mondays going forward. We will be highlighting the elements that can bring you closer to your definition of success.

Establishing daily habits that sound very simple can have a big impact on the results that you have in your training. Regardless of your age, current physical ability, or goals/objectives you have in life, these concepts apply to you.
