"Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome." - Arthur Ashe
Partnership - a relationship usually involving close cooperation between parties having specified and joint rights and responsibilities (Merriam-Webster)
In the coach and client partnership there are responsibilities that each individual owns.
The coach owns the knowledge to support the client in the following:
-Nutrition
-Exercise science and selection (strength and conditioning principles)
-Ongoing support (life coaching)
The client owns their purpose and aim in training:
-Goal selection
-Commitment to the program
-Accepting outcomes of free-will decisions
Although this is a very small list of factors in the partnership, the common theme is that there must be TRUST for both individuals to grow. Communication is also a vital part of the growth in this union.
At Elkhorn Valley Fitness and OPEX Omaha West, we strive to deliver the absolute best fitness solutions for our clients.
Our model of fitness is unique! No other gym in the city provides this type of solution or value to you as a client!
Individual Design aligns perfectly with individuals that have tried everything else to reach their goals yet fail to make permanent change.
Is this model for everyone? No, it is not. However, it is for anyone!
We are not cheerleaders. We are also not responsible for providing your motivation for training. Those qualities fall in your category of ownership.
However, anyone that is open to forming a partnership with a coach that will be 100% genuine with you, this is the best decision that you can make for YOU.
"Do NOT buy the heavily marketed, fast track modeled, bio hacking backed, scientifically "proven" intensity wins fitness for health and longevity movement. If someone is pushing it, as I once did, they're selling something they have not TRULY coached people on EVER (they just talk a good talk and prey on the uneducated), or their measurements on what constitutes "success" NEVER lasts.....EVER." Love the long game or remain unconscious. It's your choice.
