Long lines and hectic schedules

School has started again and the fall schedules have resumed. For parents that drop-off and pick up, it can be challenging to get back into that routine and schedule.
Everything seems to be going great and you miss the light by 2 cars...this is going to make you 15 minutes late for your spin class or kickboxing class with your favorite instructor. You can't go later because you have to get meals prepared or run errands to go shopping for Johnnie or Susie. We have a solution...we don't operate classes. All of our instructors could become your new favorite, and the results our clients get speak for themselves.
We also offer remote coaching for clients who have a home gym or are not close enough to our facility to train with us regularly.
Zach is one of our newest clients. We review his progress through our FitBot software and communicate daily.
We base his training on his lifestyle, goals, and training experience. He also gets plenty of outside training to provide for the best balanced approach for his journey. We have been testing this week and Zach came onsite so we could make any adjustments and also so we could see him move.
