Based on his starting point of fitness that we identified in our assessment process, we knew that we had an experienced individual that has put in a lot of training over the years. However, he shared with us that he has some meniscus issues in one of his knees and some prior shoulder issues from the past.
With all of this information, our coaching staff can have a better understanding of the exercises that will be utilized in the client's INDIVIDUAL DESIGN. The program for Jeff must support his function. The exercises that we select for his program take into account his biological age, training age, previous injuries, and long-term objectives or goals that are important to him.
Below you will see the framework that we built for Jeff's training as well as some highlights from his training and retesting.
We feel very confident that he will enjoy his trip due to his preparation and dedication to training. The hard work will pay dividends in the mountains!
