Last week we introduced you to onsite client Jeff Uleman. He owns Uleman Irrigation in Elkhorn and he has been training with us since May. He will be traveling to the Northwest Territory in Canada in September to participate in an archery hunt.
The physical demands on his body to complete the hunt will be extensive:
Higher altitude
Lower body endurance
Breathing with less oxygen
Long hours on his feet
Structural/postural demands (backpack, etc.)
Here is the video of the introduction:
During the consultation we documented the information that he provided to us. This allowed our coaching staff to begin to design the most appropriate and effective training program for him. His definition of success will be able to be tested prior to leaving as well as when he steps on the mountain.
The qualitative results are already being gathered in our daily interaction with him during his training sessions. In an INDIVIDUAL DESIGN model, there is always a coach available on the floor when our clients train.
The quantitative results are also being gathered and we are leveraging our technology to deliver the most effective program. Through our Harpendin skin calipers, FitBot software, Acuity Scheduling, and MyFitnessPal we are able to customize our solutions for each client.

Stay tuned later this week as we will outline some of the training that Jeff has completed. We will also highlight the success he has seen in his recent testing.
