We have been sharing the journey of Tovah since she started training with us in February. In the first story we highlighted the importance of prioritizing time for yourself. We often get so busy that we forget to allow time for personal growth. Click HERE for the first installment. The results from the last post were from a balanced approach to her fitness goals that we learned about in the initial consultation and subsequent testing we completed in her assessment. As we mentioned in previous posts, we implemented a steady focus of Functional Bodybuilding (FBB) that has proven to deliver long-term results. Here is a video that further explains how FBB is helping our clients.
